Welcome to Ashley Petro Virtual Training!

 Hi! I'm Ashley Petro, a Pittsburgh based certified Elite Trainer through the International Sports Science Association.  I'm passionate about helping you set goals, build a fitness strategy, and implement exercises to see progress.


 My mission is to empower, support, and adapt to each client's needs, creating an inclusive environment to achieve your fitness goals from the comfort of your own home.


With over 10 years of experience, I specialize in Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, and Health Coaching. I stay up to date with the latest research and trends in the fitness industry to ensure my clients receive the best possible guidance and support. I've had the privilege of working with clients ranging from 18 to 80 years old, tailoring programs to meet their unique needs.

    $45

    Pay per session (no long term contract) 

    60 Minute Training Session

    $75

    Pay per session (no long term contract)  

    Payments can be made through Venmo, Apple Pay, or PayPal. Please ensure that payment is submitted prior to the scheduled session time. 

    Late Cancellation Policy

    Please allow 24-hour notice when cancelling appointments. This policy ensures that I can accommodate other clients and make the best use of our time. I understand that emergencies happen, so please communicate any unforeseen circumstances as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
