With over 10 years of experience, I specialize in Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, and Health Coaching. I offer fitness assessments to help you understand your strengths and weaknesses. Together, we will take a deeper dive into measuring flexibility, range of motion, strength, and balance. Based on the assessment results, we'll strategize the frequency and duration of your workouts and develop a training plan tailored to your unique needs.
I will incorporate resistance exercises using body weight, bands, or weight equipment into your sessions to enhance muscle mass, strength, and endurance. Strength training helps burn calories, boosts metabolism, protects joints, improves cardiovascular fitness, and enhances daily activities and overall quality of life.
At any age, prioritizing balance, increasing flexibility, maintaining movement, and improving range of motion are essential. Whether it's focusing on getting up and down from a chair or shifting your weight to swing a baseball bat, the value of stretching, mobility, and stability is crucial. Depending on the individual, both static and dynamic stretching are key elements to enhance performance and daily functions.
As a Health coach, we'll dive deep into setting goals, establishing a fitness routine, and developing a plan to keep you motivated with accountability for your workouts and nutrition. We'll focus on creating good habits in your daily routine, both on and off training days. Self-care is important, and finding exercises you enjoy is essential.
